Capitoline - Vermouth Rosé NV IcewineThis rose vermouth has notes of baking spice, bright red fruits, hearty herbs, and citrus. It has a base wine of Santa Barbara Petit Verdot and Albarino infused with 13 botanicals.

The now sparkling wine will age on the yeast for over 24 months

of which 14% was red wine made specifically for this product

Offering a huge nose of chocolatey dark fruits

Exuberant nose with a vigorous cocktail of red and black fruits like cherries and berries with notes of vanilla and tobacco

they are softly pressed and left in contact with the skins for a short period

dried herbs or orange peel

Ageing: In stainless steel tanks

and dark cherry with a hint of warm vanilla

and it is a mere 3 months on used French oak

with lemon-yellow color and greenish glints
