The result is a gloriously fruity tipple with a gentle touch of oak and rye spice, ideal mixed with soda or tonic, and served with plenty of ice. Freshly picked berries and lemon zest, jammy sherry with underlying notes of bitter

They use their original Gin recipe and infuse it with Crisp Belgian Apples to create a Sharp flavoursome Gin with notes of Apples running throughout and hints of Juniper and Lemon
