Samspel Sofa SofaThe Samspel was first produced in 1956 by AB Record in Bollnas, Sweden. It is one of the finest pieces to be designed by Sweden's design icon of the 20th century: Carl Malmsten, who is responsbile for countless classic pieces of uphosltered furniture. This example has been reupholstered in luxurious moss green cotton velvet by Rose Uniacke.

This example is upholstered in Dedar Milan's 'A Joy' fabric - a textural and irregular twill combining a linen and bouclé wool

The Candidate chair was part of the renowned series Kofod-Larsen created for Perssons that also includes the Samso and Seal lounge chairs

The chair gained the name ‘Elizabeth’ after Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain acquired a set from a Danish furniture fair during a state visit to Denmark in 1958
