This infusion creates a Gin which is a deep red colour and is bursting with Sour Cherry notes throughout with an underlying flavour of Spicy Juniper

the result of this whole combination is what they call a 'Quininated' Gin

they distil a sweet and delicious gin with real depth of flavour

The resulting flavours are Refreshing Summery Citrus notes with hints of a Spicy Ginger and finished off with a Sweet Floral Cherry Blossom which lingers in the mouth
