Early 19th Century Gilded Silhouette Portrait Of A Lady Books - FictionA fine early 19th century gilded silhouette portrait of a lady. The work is well executed with intricate gilded detailing to the hair and clothing. The work is housed in a period gilt wood frame. There is a small gap to the top of the frame where the paper has been pushed down ever so slightly (note this is not visible when viewed face on). There is a small chip to the bottom of the frame (please see photographs). A fine silhouette portrait which

some very light crazing in places and three small patches of foxing to the mirror (please see photographs)

The leather upholstery is later and as such is in a very good condition

otherwise the box remains in a very good condition throughout
