Crafted by Maestro Mezcalero Artemio Garcia Barrios, this spirit was produced using wild fermentation with agua de zarca, hand milling, and a stone lined earthen pit oven. Rested for 15 months in glass, this mezcal delivers a rich and complex profile with notes of roasted roots, chocolate, and blood orange.
