Aged on fine lees in stainless steel, concrete, and small oak (10% new), it reveals pale salmon hues and aromas of wild raspberry, peach, jasmine, and vanilla toast. Crisp, saline driven and citrussy on the palate, this elegant and age worthy ros earned 91 pts from Vinous and 90 pts from Wine Spectatorideal for sushi, seafood, or herbaceous appetizers.
